I purchased ten reams of the GP Spectrum legal sized paper and had "super saver" shipping on it. I would at least expected if I were to purchase ten reams, it would have been either (A) boxed correctly or (B) from a box from GP Spectrum themselves. Instead, I received two oversized boxes that ripped open some of the reams, in which some of the paper was smudged with dirt.
I acknowledge with "super saver" shipping - you get what you get when it gets there - but it shouldn't be at the expense of the product itself. I will remain cautious next time I have paper needs.
